Adhesives for soles/upper bonding
FIXEKÓ 2328
One component, non-yellowing water based adhesive used in the footwear industry for bonding the sole to the upper. It is ideal for bonding leather, natural and synthetic fabrics, polyurethane, thermoformed Eva, vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber (TR). Bonding is characterized by a medium green strength and it must be carried out after the complete drying of the adhesive film by reactivation at 50-60° C.
FIXEKÓ MONO 2320 XP3
One component water based adhesive used in the footwear industry for bonding the sole to the upper. It is ideal for bonding leather, natural and synthetic fabrics, polyurethane, thermoformed Eva, vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber (TR). Bonding is characterized by a medium green strength and it must be carried out after the complete drying of the adhesive film by reactivation at 55-65° C.
FIXEKÓ MONO 75
One component water-based adhesive used in the footwear industry for bonding the sole to the upper. It is ideal for bonding leather, natural and synthetic fabrics, PVC, polyurethane, vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber (TR). Bonding is characterized by a high green strength and it must be carried out after the complete drying of the adhesive film by reactivation at 70 ° C.
FIXEKÓ 863
Two-component water based is ideal for bonding the upper to the sole. It is meant for bonding leather, fabrics, PVC, polyurethane, thermoformed Eva, vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber (TR).
